It is incredible, but one of the dreams of the Supergirl fans has become reality: Melissa Benoist is dating her co-star Chris Wood.
According to many sources, Benoist and Wood are a couple as they were spotted in Vancouver together.
Melissa was all smiley while walking her dog with Chris in Canada. The couple was seen again together at the airport of Los Angeles the day before.
Benoist has recently split from her ex-husband Blake Jenner. The actress asked for divorce from her former Glee and Supergirl co-star in December after being married to him three years.
Looks like the best place to find a soulmate for Melissa is the set. With Blake Jenner, “The distance was an issue, things weren’t working,” revealed Melissa. “The divorce is amicable and mutual.” We hope this couple will last more than the previous one.
In the meantime, Supergirl is in its second season and it’s a huge success. Apparently, Melissa will soon dance on the show. “It felt good to put on the dancing shoes, so to speak, and literally,” Benoist added. “It was so fun to step into different skin, almost … being in this joyful music-filled world is really great. “We can’t wait to see the new episodes!
