Ingredients
- Fresh cilantro
- 1 large carrot peeled into strips
- 1 sliced red onion
- 1 sliced bell pepper
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 2-pound head cabbage
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups peas
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons neutral oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped ginger
- 5 tablespoons rice vinegar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the garlic, ginger, honey, neutral oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, and vinegar until combined.
- Add cabbage bell pepper, carrot, onion, and peas.
- Sprinkle salt and toss to coat. Top with cilantro and serve.
