It’s not so easy to keep yourself motivated when trying to get into shape. You’ll be working out daily for two weeks straight only to crash and burn before you know it—and your consumed Twinkies will bear witness to the whole thing. So how do you avoid falling into that trap? It’s certainly a slippery slope, but there are things you can do to perhaps prevent it. One thing you can do is to keep your workout routine fresh, and here’s how to do it.

You can still have your main focus while also getting a variety of different things. The key word here is balance and you should strive for that.
