]]>Holland has been very open about his struggle with alcohol, and his detox started when he took part in Dry January over two years ago. Despite having a hard time embracing sobriety at first, he realized how much better and healthier it made him feel, so he decided to keep it going.
Holland started exploring the non-alcoholic beer scene during this time and found a space where he felt like he could belong. The launch of Bero was his attempt to “create something that reflected [his] lifestyle and values”, and he’s hoping it will be embraced not only by those on a similar path, but by everyone who “appreciates quality, craftsmanship, and living life to the fullest.”
Bero’s initial drop includes three flavors, and their names are quite personal for the Spider-Man actor. Kingston Golden Pils is named after Holland’s hometown, Edge Hill Hazy IPA is a homage to the actor’s primary school, while Noon Wheat borrows its name from his beloved dog.
