Another Golden Globe Awards show is behind us, and it brought many show-stopping red carpet trends our way. From ravishing red looks to dazzling metallic gowns, we’re bringing you five red carpet trends that this year’s ceremony will be remembered by.
Paint the Town Red
If we had to pick a single color ruling the Golden Globe red carpet this year, red would take the cake. Florence Pugh, Selena Gomez, Heidi Klum, and Ayo Edebiri were only some of the stars to give it their seal of approval.
Make it Shine
Stars attending the Golden Globes were shining brighter than ever in their dazzling gowns. Elizabeth Debicki, Natalie Portman, and Julia Garner hit the red carpet in shimmering dresses, while Taylor Swift put a green twist on this trend.
Margot Robbie’s obsession with the color pink isn’t fading away, and she was joined by several more stars embracing the Barbiecore craze, including Jennifer Lopez and Hailee Steinfeld.
White gowns were having a moment at this year’s Golden Globes, and we’ve seen everyone from Elle Fanning to Gillian Anderson wear them, but Natasha Lyonne’s haute couture Schiaparelli gown was definitely our favorite.
Many stars in attendance hit the red carpet in glamorous strapless gowns, including Jennifer Lopez, Allison Williams, Cailee Spaeny, Gillian Anderson, and Elle Fanning, among others.
