3 Daily Facial Exercises That Actually Work 

A lifted, tight, and sculpted face is every woman’s dream. With over 30 muscles in our faces, there are many ways to improve and tighten our facial muscles. Here are our three most effective way to work out your facedo these exercises 10 times each. 

Face Knuckling 

Make your hands into fits. Working your knuckles in an upwards circular motion, from the chin up towards the jawline. Next, work the corners of the mouth to the ears. These are the three main points that will benefit from face knuckling. Using a Gua-Sha blade can take this workout to the next level. 

De-puffing 

This is the most effective method when you want to focus on the area around your eye area. Make your index finger into a hook-like position. Place your finger along your eyebrow bone and sweep across, down, and up to the point where you started. Do this 10 times and then reverse the order. These exercises target the stored fat under your eyes, which is the culprit of creating our dreaded ‘eye bags.’ For best results, do these twice a day. 

Face Whipping

This is brilliant for both depuffing, and sculpting, so it’s no wonder why it’s our favorite exercise. Simply place your right hand over your chin and mouth and hold it with your left hand, using your index and middle finger flick in an upwards and outwards motion. Repeat on the other side. This technique works well around the eyes too.
