Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
- 2 cups uncooked penne pasta
- 1 cup barbecue sauce, plus extra for drizzling
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, canned, or thawed from frozen)
