Traveling is one of our very favorite things to do in the summer. Be it a road trip with friends or backpacking solo through Europe, we’re here for it! Something else we’re here for during the season is keeping hydrated, especially while seeing the world.
Bottle in Hand
There are certain things you have to remember while traveling, like your passport and boarding pass. We’re going to add water bottles to that list. Get yourself a bottle that you can refill on the go. Airports and train stations often have water stations, so carpe diem!
Mother Nature Has Your Back
Drinking water is the best way to keep your body hydrated, but not everyone is a fan of guzzling H20. So consume your water a different way. Fruits and veggies like cucumbers, watermelon, and berries can be excellent sources of hydration, and banish any hunger pangs.
Cool it With the Caffeine
Depending on where you travel, coffee may be a significant part of the culture. It’s also great to sit down at a café and people-watch over a cappuccino. That said, coffee can actually dehydrate you. We’re not saying to forgo that cup of joe, but reduce your intake where you can.
