Cat-Cow Stretch
This gentle, flowing stretch helps to warm up the spine and ease tension in the back and neck. Start on your hands and knees, with your wrists directly under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. As you inhale, arch your back, lifting your head and tailbone toward the ceiling (Cow position). As you exhale, round your back, tuck your chin to your chest, and draw your navel toward your spine (Cat position). Repeat for 1-2 minutes.
Forward Bend
Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your knees slightly bent. Slowly hinge at your hips and fold forward, reaching towards the floor. Let your head hang heavy and relax your upper body completely. Hold the position for a few breaths, gently swaying side to side if it feels good.
