James Corden Delivers The Biggest Broadway Carpool Karaoke Ever Seen

In preparation for the 2016 Tony Awards, Lin-Manuel Miranda (‘Hamilton’), Jane Krakowski (’30 Rock’), Audra MacDonald (‘Private Practice’) and Jesse Tyler Ferguson (‘Modern Family’), joined James Corden for a fantastic musical ride, on his segment ‘Carpool Karaoke’.

James Corden, the host of ‘The Late Late Show’ on CBS, is also hosting the prestigious theatre awards this year. Before the ceremony (which airs this Sunday night), Corden took four of Broadway’s biggest stars for a ride through NY, and the result is pure musical magic.

First up is Lin-Manuel Miranda, the writer and star of the big Broadway smash hit ‘Hamilton’. The show tells the real life story of Alexander Hamilton, one of our nation’s founding fathers.  The show is so successful, it premiered a year ago, and it’s still the talk of the town. Miranda joins Corden and sings the first song from the show, titled ‘Alexander Hamilton’.

After the two perform another hit from the musical, Audra MacDonald, Jane Krakowski and Jesse Tyler Ferguson join the ride, and bring the house down with their rendition of “Seasons of Love” from the 1996 musical ‘RENT’.

The best part comes at the end of the video, when these Broadway legends perform the beloved song ‘One Day More’ from “Les Misérables”.
