If every person you come across has been rocking pearly white nails, Hailey Bieber is the one responsible. The beauty icon has been donning what she calls “glazed donut nails” all summer long and none of us can get enough.
The light frost goes perfectly with fresh, summery vibes, but as the weather turns cooler, darker shades naturally begin to dominate. But that doesn’t mean you have to give up your glazed talons!
Hailey is as on-trend as possible, meaning the Rhode founder has updated her lust-worthy look for autumn.

“I know we’re tired of my constant color switch up but … the chocolate glazed donut nails are really hitting for me for fall,” she wrote alongside a video that she posted on TikTok.
The chocolate version of the donut trend has once again been created by Hailey’s go-to nail tech, Zola Ganzorigt. The original was inspired by the dress which Mrs. Bieber wore the 2022 Met Gala. “We were originally just doing translucent white, but after I put on the color, I asked Hailey to try the chrome effect because it would match her dress. That’s how we discovered [the] ‘glazed donut’ nail,” Ganzorigt said.
The cocoa-inspired nails use OPI Infinite Shine in You Don’t Know Jacques! or Espresso Your Inner Self which look just like melted milk chocolate. Talk about a perfect donut topping.
