All you need to do is mix 1 part hydrogen peroxide with 4 parts water and pour into the soil of your plant. Repeat every few weeks (or as needed)
If you don’t have hydrogen peroxide, there’s another method to getting rid of these flies that works really well. If you fill a cup with white vinegar and a few drops of dish soap, place it near your plants and it will act as a trap. The dish soap makes the gnats stick to the mixture and die, so they won’t keep flying around.
