]]>Nothing says “fall” quite like a good pair of boots, and this fall is set to bring some really fun styles. So far, we’ve been seeing a lot of knee-highs as well as grungy motorcycle boots—think zippers, laces, and thick soles to boot. If you prefer simpler, more minimalist styles, you can’t go wrong with a classic pair of leather riding boots paired with a cozy sweater dress.
After a summer of Barbie-inspired hot pink everything and more mermaidcore than we knew what to do with, we have to admit that we’re somewhat relieved to see the return of a more muted color palette. Not only are colors like ivory, camel, and rich chocolate browns easier to pair with existing pieces in our wardrobes, they’re also timeless in a way that we can justify spending a bit more on higher-quality pieces made to last.
For better or worse, the defining styles of the 21st century’s second decade are in the process of making a comeback. While we’re not entirely sure how to feel about this glaring reminder of the passage of time, we are happy for the chance to pull certain pieces out of storage. After all, there was something to be said for the convenience and versatility of leather jackets, oversized bags, and skinny jeans. That said, if we ever see another wedge sneaker again, it’ll be too soon.

]]>We can definitely give Emma Chamberlain some credit for popularizing this trend, but it’s become super common to wear longer socks with a pair of loafers. It looks super cute with a long skirt or a dress. It creates the perfect balance of casual and classy.
Ugg boots and slippers have made the comeback of the century this year. If you decide to hop on the bandwagon and get yourself a pair of short Uggs or Ugg slippers, you can wear your long socks scrunched at the ankles with either of these. This gives your comfy outfit an extra bit of style and warmth.
If you love extra long socks that are knee-high, a great way to style them is to wear a pair of boots. If you do black socks with black boots, it will give the illusion of knee-high boots, which can look super cute with a skirt!

]]>Alohas is one of our new favorite brands for shoes that are as eco-friendly as they are stylish. They have an amazing selection of boots made from both real leather and plant-based leather alternatives. We can’t wait to wear their bicolor boots with everything from boot-cut jeans to corduroy skirts this fall.
These versatile boots have recently gone viral among fashion influencers on TikTok, and for good reason. They look almost identical to this season’s boots from top designers, but are available from Walmart for under $30.
Cowboy boots are back this season, though if we’re being honest, did they ever really leave? Countless brands have released their own takes on this fun and classic boot style, but the ones we’re coveting most are the WEST pink cowboy boots by Steve Madden.
