When the ice cream craving hits, it’s real. If you don’t have any of the good stuff in your freezer, don’t panic—this creamy lemon ice cream is insanely delicious and so easy to make. Plus, it’s kind of healthy. We’d call that a win!

Ingredients

  • 3 lemons
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 can coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Begin by cutting off any part of the lemon you don’t wish to eat. It is perfectly fine to keep on the peel; just slice off any areas that are discolored.
  2. Place the lemons in a blender with maple syrup and coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and leave to freeze.
  4. Allow the ice cubes to thaw slightly before adding them back into the blender. Blend the cubes, scraping down the sides, until you are left with a creamy texture.

Calling all lasagna lovers! If you’ve ever had a craving for the good stuff but no time to actually make it, this quick and easy hack is the next best thing. It includes all the flavors we love in lasagna, but uses ramen noodles as the pasta. As delicious as it is, we recommend not telling your Italian friends as we doubt they’ll be impressed.

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs ramen
  • 2 cups marinara pasta sauce
  • 2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Season the ricotta by mixing it in a bowl with the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the uncooked block of ramen at the bottom of an oven-safe dish and spread some of the pasta sauce. Layer the ricotta on top and add more sauce. Place another block of ramen and repeat the layering process. Top the stack with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake the lasagna for 30 minutes.
