Mindfulness is one of the most powerful tools we have for our health, and yet many of us struggle to incorporate mindfulness practices into our daily routines. It can be difficult to practice mindfulness if you’re not used to it. Luckily, there are so many simple, everyday practices you can try!

Mindful eating is a powerful practice that has so many benefits. If you eat slowly and without distractions, you can listen to your body more easily. This will help you enjoy your food and prevent overeating, leaving you happier and more satisfied!

Walking Without Music

It’s obvious that going for daily walks is so good for us, but sometimes we can spend the entire walk distracted by our phones or music. Sometimes it’s really beneficial to take a walk with no music or podcasts, which will help you be totally present and mindful of your surroundings. You will get even more benefit out of your walk this way!

One Hour Without Technology

Dedicating one hour per day to putting away the technology ensures that you will be more mindful. It’s so easy to spend your day attached to every buzz and beep of your phone, making it more difficult to be present.
