]]>Unfortunately, curling can also take a lot of time, especially if your hair is on the thicker side.
That’s why this hack is going to be a game changer!
Make a big zig-zag parting from the front of your hair to the back. Think early 2000s vibe!
Section the hair by grabbing each part of the zig-zag and curling. Doing so will combine the top and middle layers of your hair which will save you time!
When it comes to the bottom layer of hair, split it into two sections (or three if you have a lot of hair) and curl away.
Give your front pieces a slight curl and then run your fingers through your hair to flip it to the side, giving yourself a side parting.
Finish off by adding a bit of hairspray and scrunch in a drop of hair oil. Your gorgeous curls should last 3-4 days.

]]>The “Bowl Method” is perfect for those who have wavy hair because it helps form the waves much more naturally. Here’s how to achieve the wavy hair of your dreams using the “Bowl Method”.
Wash hair and condition normally in the shower. Complete the next steps immediately after getting out of the shower.
Apply leave-in conditioner to hair and fill a bowl with water. Flip your head over and dip your hair into the bowl.
Take hair out of water and squish curls repeatedly. Dip curls back into water.
Repeat Step 3 for a couple minutes, or until the product is evenly distributed throughout hair. This helps the waves/curls look less clumpy because there won’t be any areas with product buildup.
Remove curls from bowl and squish until waves/curls form. Apply your gel or mousse to soaking wet hair.
Dip curls back in water and scrunch until you are satisfied. Enjoy your beautiful, bouncy waves!

Most water is much harsher than we realise, which can take its toll on the condition of our hair. Luckily, this can be sorted out by fitting a filter on the shower head that will soften the water.
Products, hard water, and the environment can all cause build-up in our hair. Use a clarifying treatment once a week to get rid of all that gunk.
Although it makes sense to think that a very hot hair tool would do the job better, that’s not actually the case. Too much heat will damage your hair—but don’t worry, your curls will still be fabulous if you use a lower setting.
Just like steak needs to rest, so do your curls. Allow your hair to cool for 15-20 minutes (the longer, the better) before brushing out the curls as this will give them a chance to set. Rub some oil in your hands and run your fingers through from mid-shaft to ends to smooth out the hair.
