Since Tetris doesn’t have an actual plot like Super Mario, the film inspired by this game focuses on Henk Rogers’s wild race to secure the international licensing rights for this game in the midst of the Cold War.
Honor Among Thieves draws inspiration from the iconic RPG game Dungeons & Dragons, which experienced a huge boom during the 70s. It tries to replicate the magic of playing this game by telling the story of a charming thief and a group of adventurers embarking on an epic quest to retrieve a lost relic.
