As they say, once you get one, you get a bunch, and its hard to stop yourself from going back for more, no matter how painful some of them are.

Maria Tash is one of the big names in ear curating, and they have an amazing selection of earrings for all your new piercings. It’s not all about the lobes anymore—you can pierce your rook, conch, daith, and helix to name a few.

Many other companies are offering tiny earrings and hoops to accommodate the heavily pierced ear trend.

So how many piercings is too many? Well, there is no answer to that. As long as you go to a reputable jeweler or piercer, they should be able to tell you what works and what looks too crowded.

Don’t forget, though—you have to be committed to the aftercare and cleaning the piercing. Twice a day, with saline solution is the best practice, and make sure you don’t knock it in your sleep.
