]]>The purists are a group of coffee drinkers who don’t put sugar in their coffee. They often have a strong appreciation for the root flavor of the coffee itself and have no interest in enhancing it in any shape or form. Some of these people even go so far as to look down upon those who drink coffee with sugar, but many purists are very respectful about their choices as well.
Then you have a major group of coffee drinkers who want a little bit more out of their morning java. They love the taste of coffee, but they also want a tasty sugar kick to supplement it. They reason that they certainly taste the coffee, and simply want to “elevate it” to sweeter levels. Hey, when they have a long day of work ahead of them, can you blame them?
