Eating the right foods in the morning can get you prepared for the day ahead. Make sure you have enough time to sit down and eat a breakfast full of carbs, protein, and healthy fats. This will kick-start your metabolism and help you balance your blood sugar for the rest of the day. If you are short on time then you can drink a green smoothie, but make sure to eat something proper a few hours later.
